I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The room had a spacious restroom with a huge shower, unlike any other hotel I stayed at in Italy. The staff, especially Gilbert, went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. He helped with all of my needs, from researching tickets to arranging transportation to the airport. The breakfast was delicious and delivered right to my room. The hotel's location was perfect, centrally located within walking distance of main attractions but still secluded and quiet. this hotel and its staff made my stay in Rome memorable and enjoyable.
